About Us
Neon Halo Foundation, Inc is a 501 (c)(3) public charity that was founded in February 2023 in response to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and the ongoing needs of local situations requiring aid. For the past 6 years our CEO Billy has helped the marginalized people of society, including single mothers, immigrants, drug addicts, sex workers, and war refugees. Through being a continuing presence in people’s lives he has helped them make significant progress in overcoming the massive obstacles towards building better lives, from work training to financial support for rent and bills to legal assistance and much more. While he had the knowledge to help these people and the infrastructure to ship and deliver goods to those that were in need he realized with more like-minded and like-hearted people he would be able to make a bigger impact; thus, the decision was made to form Neon Halo Foundation.
As the war in Ukraine continues we have focused on helping internal refugees with job training and skill building, aid for supplies, food, and bills, and buying power stations and solar panels that are capable of running refrigerators, lights, and charging cell phones. The nonprofit has also allowed us to tackle larger projects like sending a box truck to Ukraine to run supplies to civilians on the front lines and launching a GoFundMe for an emergency fund for single parents, domestic violence survivors, and those facing unforeseen hardships in the Middle TN area.
As we continue to grow we are excited to see where the next year will take us!
Billy is a film professional in Nashville, TN who has worked as a gaffer/key grip for hundreds of country music videos, commercials, and narratives since 2013. Through growing up poor and in a dysfunctional family he learned resourcefulness to make his way through tough situations and, despite the odds, developed an emphatic nature, which led him to help others with a myriad of abuse, addiction, and/or poverty issues. He founded Neon Halo Foundation, Inc to have a greater reach to find and assist people who have fallen through the cracks of society.
